Market Space Partner FAQ’s
How many spaces can we list?
You can list up to 7 spaces for free, any additional space is $29 per space and you can select this option by clicking the “Additional Listing” option on the subscription page. However, be cautious, as we suggest to list no more than 10 spaces as you start competing against yourself.
What if we need to add multiple locations?
You’re more than welcome to do so, you’ll just need to create a new property for each address.
Where does the transaction happen?
Given we are a marketplace that provides a subscription based service, we do not take broker fees. With that said, SuddenlySpaces does not handle any transactions with the Spacer, this would be handled by the Market Space Partner (MSP).
What is your subscription fee?
The subscription plan is up to you. The Pay As You Go Plan is billed monthly and is $550/month. The Monthly Plan has a 3 month minimum and is billed every 3 months, which is $1350/quarterly (which saves you $300/year). The best bang for your buck is our Annual plan, which saves you $400/year. That is billed yearly and is $5000/year. Should you choose to boost certain listings or add additional listings, those do cost extra.
How long does it take until my property has been approved?
Depending on your ability to fill out all the required details properly, along with Support reviewing other profiles, we hope to connect with you within 3 business days. If no more information is needed you will solely receive an email stating your listing is ready to be launched!
What is a MSP?
A MSP is the Market Space Partner who may be any of the following: owners, operators, and/or landlords who list their workspaces on our platform for people to use or rent out.
What is the monthly subscription fee?
Unlike our competitors, you just pick a plan to subscribe and pay by the month, every three months, or every year. There’s no broker fees either! Simply click here to see our pricing and what works best for you!
We can’t find our address in the database, how do we add it?
If you don’t see your business address reflected in our search bar, feel free to click the “Sign Up” button in the top right corner and click “List Your Space” and follow the steps to complete your profile!

How will we see that a Spacer has messaged us?
Once you’ve logged into your account, and go to your Dashboard, you’ll see Messages listed on the left hand side toolbar. Click there and you’ll be able to see all messages and notifications.
What is the refund policy?
For the MSPs (Market Space Partners), if there are no successful introductions in your first year, you can cancel your subscription and we will refund 50% of your fee from the first year.
When it comes to refunds for Spacers, you’ll outline your cancellation and refund policies on your profile. Additionally, it’s up to you whether you’d like to offer a refund based on the guest’s experience. For example, if there were issues like poor internet connectivity during their reservation, you might choose to offer a refund as a gesture of goodwill, in hopes of encouraging them to return in the future. Ultimately, the decision is yours, depending on the situation and whether you want to foster a positive, repeat customer relations.

Where do you have locations?
It is up to the MSP (Market Space Partner) to list their space and it determines where they’re from. Currently, we operate in the United States. We do hope to grow internationally soon! Feel free to check back often to see if there are locations near you.
How do I schedule a tour?
You should see a Request to Tour button to the right side of the page for the space you’re interested in. Click that button and select a date and time that best suits you. Feel free to write some details about what you’re looking for to the MSP (Market Space Partner).
What is the cost of your space?
The costs of the spaces vary as the MSP (Market Space Partner) list their own pricing. The prices are reflected on the website so that you know what the workspace costs before reserving. If you have further pricing questions, you can send a message to the MSP to get further information.
I’m trying to book a tour for a certain time, but it won’t let me, why?
If you don’t see a certain time available, or it won’t allow you to click on that time – it may be due to a few various reasons such as: the MSP (Market Space Partner) showing another tour at that time, not being available, or not open then.
The MSP is not responding to my message, what do I do?
If you haven’t been able to reach the MSP by messaging, calling, or emailing, please contact us at Support and we can try to help reach out to the MSP.
Where do I submit payment if I want to book a space?
When you go to reserve a space, you’ll be transferred to the MSPs portal or site to book and pay for the space. MSPs have different variations of payment methods, so just take note of what options they have available.
What is your refund policy?
Since you’ll be transacting with the MSP (Market Space Partner), you’ll follow their refund and cancellation policies. You can find this located on their profile before you reserve the space as well.

Where do you have spaces?
At the moment we have spaces in the following locations: Texas. As we expand we anticipate having spaces all across the country. We encourage you to click on our “Not Finding What You Need” button to tell us where you’re desiring space and revisit us in the near future for options that better suit your needs!
How do I reset my password?
- Click Login up at the top.
- Then Forgot Password underneath the Login button in the center of the screen.
- Enter your email address to send you a password reset link.
- Once you enter your email to get the reset link, you’ll see a green pop up box that says, “A password reset link has been sent to your email address. Please check your inbox and follow the instructions to reset your password.”
- Follow instructions in email by clicking the link or pasting into the URL. Then select a new password.
- Either reset successfully, or request a new link.
